Negotiations Update - June 15, 2009
 

110 B REMINDER!!!  If teachers or other certified personnel are interested in applying for a 110B retirement option, they must submit their letter by June 15th.  Remember that this is a 2 year plan that would have 09-10 be the last official PERA year and 10-11 be the 110 year.  Everyone should be notified by June 30th about the status of your request.  If one chooses to rescind the letter, he or she must do so by July 15th. See a sample letter.
